I was working in a role that I liked which was satisfying. And I had great colleagues.

Dislikes

Poor salary and abysmal benefits. Internal politics, moral policing, The management was horrible and micro-managed a lot. They literally had a finger print system which you needed to log out off even if taking a 5 min break.

It provides a good platform for candidates to work in a full-fledged Agency on multiple clients at a time. You get to learn and develop new skills and interact with clients through the world. The team is very welcoming and supportive. They have timely training and meetings to discuss campaign performances.
