There is no work culture, it is still working as "lala ki dukan". Company is holding of salaries if you taken more then 1 leave. Company not having money for new battery purchase. 80% battery are 4 years old. Dealers and drivers are highly desatisfy with company. HR is also useless as they dominated by company owner. Seniors are also behaving as mafia, for ex: holding salary or mark absent, giving unrealistic sales target even you are not from sales background.
