For Fresher its a good start for good remuneration and also to build sales knowledge, customer interaction. Perk benefits are also good, medical facilities, classroom Training and floor is provided.

Dislikes

No growth opportunity, once gain experience switch should be better for opportunity or else have to struggle and they take for granted.

Dyson was new in the Indian markets when I joined. So at that point company wanted to make feel their presence in India. Hence they hired engineers and MBAs to contribute as the face of the company in sales profile. Great culture and ethics. They provide you with good facilities.
