The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, Employees can't get a opportunity for travel anywhere. My colleague are come from various culture background and we work happily in collaboration. There is no employee re-hire policy.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but company growth is good. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 13-14 hours straight in a day as I have to finish a quality related work within a day sometimes late into the night. Team incharge do not value an individual's unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestionsmost of the times. There is no on-job training for Freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes....Read More

My work is quality inspection like I operated Co-ordinate measuring Machine (CMM) and also other measuring instruments. I worked within company only, there is no option for travel.
