Job Security was not there. no management. HR was consultant and came on 30th of every month. They provided Joining Offer letter in place of Joining letter. they can say we are no longer intersected to work with you. this is the final day.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
