Well if you are looking for a Company where you would like to just sit and work this is the best place, if you are good at office politics this is the best to be, crucial level of favoritism, people at senior level are sitting in the same positions for years with lack of knowledge and expertise, high level of office politics and toxic work environment, this is business run by family members and which all lack key skills to act as team leaders and managers. Feels like Home. Literally feels like home. We all eat together, study together, learn together and grow together. Best thing till now was - DS celebrate International Men's Day and OMG that was epic for any organization because everywhere females are given more importance but this organization is absolutely gender neutral. #iloveDS
