it's not good company for BTech or diploma holder which did from chemical branch and want to make career in chemical field. I did work 1 year. After then I'm select in another company. I tell to him i selected ,i need experience letter as well as i resigned before 15 day and tell everything . When my resigne completed I went to takemy experience letter so they told me your name not registered then why give experience letter. When i joined this company so they neither give offer letter nor salary in account . that's when i asked you give experience letter or not. Then answer in yes. Now they not giving. Now I'm disappointed and my future has been destroy.You don't believe my shift was 10:30 hr and lot of work, lot of pressure ,also not good management. hired as a lab supervisor but i worked under uneducated person (Sudhir).like that not done with another guy.But one thing ye company Bsc walo ke level ki company h.
