For a fresher or an engineer with an year of experience, Dyna-K is an ocean of knowledge if you are willing to learn for yourself. Great place to learn about the automotive industry. The management is very supportive and knowledgeable.

The work-life balance is very poor.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
