No pramotions.. increment they give to all staff only 3 percent per year.. and for accounts there is a one lady boss who is there from 13 years.. she is head of all accounts departments of all college she process bill like baba azam ki jamane ki process.

If one is freshly starting with this University for work then one should not apply here people here are terrible and many politics are from the top management itself also there are all community games here so one should never apply for any positions here also there is no growth , no salary increments ,etc

No salary increments, not true to the words as commited, much work pressure , all 24/7 you should able to answer the phone calls no relaxation on Saturday and Sunday you have to be there when they require you , here heads don't listen to anyone they have their favourites and it's all about the community games they play from director to TL so you have no things to explore , also you should always listen to them to stay in their good books...Read More
