Good Work life balance If you will do extraordinary in work,will get recognition(depends on manager though). Enough time to utilise time in other training and self learning . Work pressure not much except when some crucial work is there.

Dislikes

Only a few projects working on latest technolgies. Politics if you want to enter it. If manager is not keen observer ,you have to showcase your talent.
