DXC is just another company that fakes that they are inclusive company but in reality it is just another queerphobic and homophobic company. I was harassed by an operations manager openly during a training session and I could raise POSH complaint being a man. I was made to suffer a lot that I had to resign while my harasser continued happily. My manager showed no empathy and placed me in another toxic account only to push me an force me to resign.
