One of the worst company in the current market. First thing no job security. Any day they can ask you to leave without giving any clear explanation about it. They are unable to manage the project and just focusses on removing employees. Second no company benifits no hike no promotion at all. This company is not worth at all for long time employment.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
