Appraisal policies are not employee friendly Hiring policy is not as per requirement of project. They hire anyone and expect them to work based on years of experience rather than based on type of work they have done and what they will do in current project for which they are hired. Classroom trainings are very less. There is no talent pool or bench where employees after releasing from project can apply for other internal projects....Read More
