DXC is the place where you are asked to give more and more work output only. Very few support from teammates as they're always in busy status and if not they pretend to be. Expect you to take only 30mins break in your 10hours and 30mins shift timing. Work load is more, less mental peace, so many updates on daily basis, not followingproper procedure as they should start using SOP's, employees are not being provided proper trainings which is the main cause of knowledge gap. You will receive NSA and HNSA as per your working days though they deduct allowance without any reason and you've fight all the time for this. Overall DXC is the place where they are expecting like an elefant and providing like just enough for an aunt....Read More

Dislikes

Job security is also a dinner table topic here. HR is never in your contact, managers are always threatening you for PIP. They make everything complicated and critical. No appraisal/increment. If you want WFH job and HNSA then only join DXC otherwise there is no perks of being here in DXC....Read More
