Boss culture at school is not good .For the mistakes of boss, subordinates are held responsible. They treats employees on personal behalf not on the school policy. Recent example is the meeting regarding board result, in this meeting the subject which gone down by 10% or above were treated politely while the subjects in which less than 5% decline was there for them harresing language was used.
