Here I came to know planning from raw material to the end product..good environmental structure..some what salary hike is also reasonable level.

Job security is not there..is the main criteria in that company

Due to growth consideration slow...I would tell the main reason to change the company

Good team mates and training. Salary is not satisfied, poor work life balance. No allowance for food and travel

company allow us to attend various programs at our customer end, it very useful to improve our knowledge.

Dislikes

Grow is slow. Work pressure is high. I have to work 12 - 14 hours sometimes. management do not value an individuals unique strength

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
