Since it was a German company but not following their work culture. Blaming game is high priority and high politics. No growth for young talent. Cost reduction is high priority than employee benefit. Not ready to guide and train towards assigned work. But expected the output as high quality. Y early promotion and salary hike not depends on performance</mark>. I like only the job security & company policies. Not only myself lots of people observe that here we can fell the partiality between the technical and non technical folks.

Every employee have the performance bonus here. This bonus will be given every year during the appraisals. I had resigned this company because I had moved to different location. While relieving during the final settlement they told me that my bonus will be given after months as i had re signed and for resigned employees bonus will be given after months. But even after 7 months after my relieving they haven't given my bonus neither there is any sort of communication. After my multiple follow-ups they said management haven't decide when to give the bonus to resigned employees. How can they say this? Its my hard work for the entire year. I haven't expected this from company like Durr. They should have little ethics and honor their commitments....Read More
