You can lear or gain experience if you work independently or under senior who is newly joined to this company if in case you r working under previous so called seniors then your condition will be worst.

Worst work life balance if you r Junior and in Project department then you have to work for more than 12-13 hous daily. Seniors was just putting attendance at site and will leave the site within 2-3 hrs and whole burden will put on junior
