Amazing learning platform here, have ocean of opportunity to explore and implement ideas and improvise the process. Tight schedules but have to manage well, so develops time management and better planning management also. Accounts & Finance part is great place to learn and grow. Recognition is for sure basis of the dedication and there contribution.

Small crowd, salary is a bit narrow and not that great. very less politics. work life balance is a challenge.

In a nutshell, Dufry Business Services LLP is a place to learn the lengths and breadths of both Travel Retail as well as end to end Financial Services. The culture of the company is decent and the work life balance is also good. The work environment is great too!

Team was supporting & helped to learn & grow. Outings were good activities but was rare. If the team is good ,it can be a better experience.

Dislikes

Very Slow growth. No proper upraisals. No proper budget for roles that needed traveling. Not at all employee friendly, only for selective it may be. Work culture full of Politics . Management favours only a few. Demotivation is on a higher side.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
