Likes

Learning is immense. We got to work with many markets and opportunities. Job security is there.

Dislikes

There's no worklife balance. They will make you work like hours. There are times where we did work till 3 am. Also, lot of management politics happen inside and managers definitely pull our legs during informal talks and that's really irritating after a point.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
