Duck Creek should be an example for other companies to get their work culture right. It has an amazing work environment and the best part is open policy where you can shre your thoughts freely not just to your team leaders and Managers but directly with your directors and high level executives of the company. It also gives you chance to excel in your field and take on new challenges to grow.

Dislikes

Duck Creek is best in overall categories but the only thing which I think would need some attention is work life balance, since the company is growing at a rapid pace, the work pressure at times can get to you and start getting into your personal space.

Hierarchy for employees for communication, Teammates and work is more focused. Lots of learning and helping employee to grow. Free certification

Dislikes

Everything is good but I think company spent less money on employee compare to other organizations. ex- If you are giving work from home you must think about spending few moneys more on employee to purchase WIFI, Dongle, or say a chair. Nothing only a laptop.
