I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? Actually, I am working in a Du Franchise named Business Link Communication ( BLC). My product is Home Service. In this company no training, no job Secure. Every time Salary delay of 3 Months. In this process no Try Leader. That's why I'm Resigned my job.

Open Market, in open Market not covering all areas. My sageshion is devid area wise, and Appoint the Franchise.In one area that Franchise only have permission to sell, Another area Franchise can't sell in this area. In India it's Success. Like Hub and Spoke. My previous companies Reliance Telecom & Tata Docomo telecom.as same process.
