Bus facility for staff from Baroda.

Dislikes

Nothing new to learn as a designe engineer. Unnecessary HR policies like you don't get any S.L. if your net pay is under 21k , bcz you will have a company health policy. Last and worst of all is 1 month notice period in probation (notice period) and you won't get any paid leaves in probation, you have take leave without pay, and andthe notice priod is 6 months long !!!! ( Moral of the story is, if your pay is greater than 21k only than you got 7 SL otherwise you don't have any leaves in probation. And don't forget probation period is 6 months.)...Read More
