Its a franchise based company . Everything depends on the franchise owner . The salaries are low , workload is heavy and timings are long . If you are working at Dtdc head office at different states , then the companies rules are followed . But at franchise level , it always depends at the whims and fancies of the owner . Job security is nill , there is no such as work culture and company policies doesn't exist ....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
