Nothing like about this worst organization is nothing like the work culture in this company, especially for CMOs level, they will blame you for everything, and even if you achieve everything they will not give anything except taunt, 3rd class management, and the worst employer I have ever seen, HRs are biggest frauds, Vanitha is the worst HR, she will give false promises

There is no timing sence to end the working hours , there is a time but they will not follow,,, so much of pasency is required to do job in dtdc,,, there is no learning s about future...

Dislikes

Timings, if i want a leave take a permission from the 3 members oraly and through applying leave,,, they will not see the who was applied a leave , we have to go personally ask
