The company is good. Have a good work culture. People working are knowledgeable and help each other. However the life in company always depend upon the reporting manager and that could change dimensions.

No work life balance, late settings, too much focus on not that important activities, sometimes lack of application of analytical skills by senior personnel

Manager under whom I was working had 0 sympathy, used to micro manage and had no regards towards the work done whatsoever. Poor management, hypocrite and an autocrat. My tenure there was nothing short of depression. I felt relief the day I left the job.
