Everyone is very supportive in DSM like a family & we are DSM family, I am working with every BG's so I can connect with everyone. I have learned so many things in DSM like Employee (SHE) Safety & healthy environment for work place, it's culture very different from other companies every one is equally important. DSM encourage their employees to update their skills time to time through their trainings. It's travel policy is equal for all categories. Job Security, I have seen in last couple of years that job is not secure in DSM That's is only reason which comes in my mind. However DSM gives compensates their employees whether he /she on roll or off roll.

Work Details

It was a great experience to work with DSM, there are always excitement to work in DSM because there are alwasy happening some event related with work & office culture. Some time it will be hactic too but overall is good experience.
