No proper work culture. Felt like a rat race. Very poor salary package without any benefits. No medical insurance and PF. Seniors are not work efficient. They dump projects on juniors.

Compensation is not decent, career growth is very slow, 24 hrs you need to work then only you can complete your work, there is no overtime allowance, every month computer will calculate your performance and salary will be reduced if your performance is low, Dsi technologies website you can see they are doing all kind of design and analysis but they are doing only meshing works using hypermeh software and very limited analysis projects.
