Worst experience in my life. No job security in this company, only for the people who roam around the chairman sir will get promotion respect and appraisals. Another worst thing i seen in DSMAX was HR department. No care about employees. They will harass you every hour. they need reports for every hour..! yeah you heard right. They will never care your health. Insurance policy will be there but useless. You cant get one single rupee benefit from the HR/DSMax/HealthInsurance. No national holidays/Govt Holidays available/ They will deposit your PF to your EPFO account after 6 months of appointment(Joining). Technical management is also useless. You will learn nothing here. Some managers are technically sound but 80% are of no use....Read More
