Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and potential buyers at the project site.
• Provide property-related information and ensure a seamless experience for guests.
• Coordinate site visits and guide customers through the project.
• Maintain records of visitor details and feedback.
• Handle inquiries and coordinate with the sales team for client follow-ups.
• Ensure the reception area and sales lounge are well-maintained.
• Assist in organizing events and promotional activities at the site.
• Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance customer experience.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred.
• Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
