I m serving 3 months notice period and left with last 20 days , having a offer for 25% hike as an manager maintenance, but now my boss ( AGM)has resigned and my current firm is trying to hire me back. Earlier they gave me offer of 30 % hike with promotion in December but effective from April.
what to do now , felt toxic culture here because of my boss but now he is leaving ...
