Really great experience in drydocks time to time pay the salary or safe to work for workers at job location and safety department is doing good job for workers side

Not gave the Overtime and some restrictions and hard worker not getting the promotions

DWD is a good company and work areas with best Teammates are supportive but each department management are not supported equally. Most of the time they are did parcality with wotk staff. Yearly Appraisal are not fair with workers and they are not give every year bonus

Dislikes

Inside the company there is a lot of politics and manegment are not address front line worker issues. Worker salary are to high defarent with newly joined worker and oldest worker who are joined before five to ten years

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

It's good, all going through proper planning, worker traind through training as required, salary on time. HR alawys help & solved problems.

After 2 years up & down tickets, 2nd shift work schedule not display previous day, salary not increase every year.

I like the fact that I'm able to work in a team who has a global client base and open to innovation from all irrespective of level.

I dislike the fact that salary isn't too decent and promotion is very slow. Work pressure is high and work life balance isn't too alright as a result of long working hours. People have to work more hours to get a salary close to decent.

I work at dubai dry docks UAE working since 2002 to 2005 as a blaster painter I have work experience certificate.

Likes

Salary is in par with the industry standards.Company is located near the city centre.Work-life balance is good since the normal working hours per week is only 40(You may need to work additional hours which is paid accordingly).

Dislikes

Managers are disrespectful to lower level employees,often mocks with derogatory remarks.
