I like the fact that I'm able to work in a team who has a global client base and open to innovation from all irrespective of level.

I dislike the fact that salary isn't too decent and promotion is very slow. Work pressure is high and work life balance isn't too alright as a result of long working hours. People have to work more hours to get a salary close to decent.
