Layoffs are pretty common, other companies do appraisal every 6 months and they lay off people. It won't matter whether you are a top performer or you have been awarded for your work or anything.

You can get experience working on AWS. Script execution, monitoring is mandatory for all. Company perks are good.

Dislikes

You'll have to be your managers/directors favourite one if you want to sustain in company. Job insecurity (you can get fired anytime pointing out your performance). Discrimination. Worst traning program. They can destroy your career and mental health if you get pointed out.

Work Details

You'll have to work for more than 10+ hours most of the days in a month because shift management is not good enough. You'll be pressurised to take the responsibility and complete the pending tasks/activities after whatever hours you worked.
