Third class people who doesn't know how to behave with their employees..they treat you and talk with you like labour. Shouting blame game was the daily routine over there. If you doing good admission no one will appreciate but you are lacking in performance they will shout out like hell. There no work life balance over there. Peoplejoin and leave soon after knowing how they treated. New people join and leave soon after seeing such culture. organisation is running on such path. Owners behaviour is mean ceo will shout and blame you. Nobody will listen you. Ideas and new thought would never be welcoming. They just want you to work all days even on Sundays.
