Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Third class people who doesn't know how to behave with their employees..they treat you and talk with you like labour. Shouting blame game was the daily routine over there. If you doing good admission no one will appreciate but you are lacking in performance they will shout out like hell. There no work life balance over there.
