I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

It was awesome experience in that college.I am a part of a team that markets reliable,good quality products and has a global client base,Another plus plus point is that my colleague come from various backgrounds., and we work happily in collaboration.I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent but growth rate is slow.

I have look after the entire department and manage day to day yield operations. On the basis of my personal research ,I keep onan rolling demand calender ready,hoping that someday I will get recognize ed for all this effort.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
