Lot to learn as exposed to multiple clients and their requirements, multiple tools also used.

Dislikes

Work load is alot, sometimes weekends, even midnights, on holidays. Alot of work is dumped on one person alone, people work easily 10+ hours on weekdays. Poor work-life balance.

Poor Worklife Balance. No learning since mostly its labours job and you will be called post 6PM as well and can be expected to work till 5 AM in morning. Its a permanent remote role and no get together as well. Very low salary. No perks and benefits. Exploiting employees and upper management only enjoying. Low client base mostly banks and neobanks. You are expected to work on weekends and on holidays also on weekdays you need to stay late. Absolutely no work life balance. It is like working from 10 am to 10 pm and great pressure is applied from managers.

Learning at peak. Had been working for past 1 year and i am 100% sure that i have learnt a lot. Working on new technologies, Implementing best practise, in terms of availabilty and in terms of security also.

Sometimes we are called to work on weekends also, though we provide support to banks and banks are open 24*7 so we also have to be ready to work accordingly.
