Way before pandemic even started, they started to hold salaries @dec -19 now there's Is no support at all 6-7 months salary was on hold and they asked to relieve so that they'll settle everything in one go! But still not even a single word from the management or regrets

There said to work in covid also for all employees but till now der didn't paid my salary almost 4month salary there didint pay then suddenly there said to leave the job then I said to give my payment till now no1 are responsible for my salary so iam planning to give complaint in labour department so that I will get my salary

The company culture was too good. Seniors and Management team was very much supportive and ideas from the individuals were counted. Coming on to Covid part since the situations were not good for supporting the employees.
