I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Management quality has depleted drastically. Hr has become useless and pupets of the manager. Your manager is drained mentally and he/she drains you further.

1. Working environment and culture is very good. All the TL's are very kind and helpful. They will literally treat you like a family member. 2. Drip have lot of smart and intelligent folks and working with them gives you a lot of experience. 3. Work they are doing is really excited(even more for backend developers)

Dislikes

I am not able understand the management policies what they want to do. First they fire ~30% of people(because of some fraud to compensate) then people started resigning from the company. Myself don't know what is happening with Drip right now(as on 21st/March/2023).
