1. Working environment and culture is very good. All the TL's are very kind and helpful. They will literally treat you like a family member. 2. Drip have lot of smart and intelligent folks and working with them gives you a lot of experience. 3. Work they are doing is really excited(even more for backend developers)

Dislikes

I am not able understand the management policies what they want to do. First they fire ~30% of people(because of some fraud to compensate) then people started resigning from the company. Myself don't know what is happening with Drip right now(as on 21st/March/2023).

The work culture formed by the upper management is truly reflected at the very bottom. Everyone is very much helpful and you can directly reach out to the higher management if you have any points for discussion. Being a remote tech team, we do get travel packages as well for every other quarter.
