Nothing much. I started as a fresher from there and my manager that time was cool so it was fun to work there in beginning. Later things were not easy.

Job security is poor. Management is also not good. there is no career growth or anything like that.

Good place for those who are interested in learning something new on a daily basis.

Dislikes

No place for new ideas and everything here is so wrong. There no such thing called HR department to deal with any kind of grievances. In addition, reporting authority (in management books) will shouts at you for no reason. During the honeymoon period of employment (initial 45 days) you'll get threat for loosing the job. If you are working at this place then your daily exit time will only matters, no matter how early or how late you have come to the office. Zero professionalism in everything....Read More
