God work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent .there is a huge cafeteria and Namaz area arcade for chlling Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus and fastivel every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of unformel other's employees management doesn't address our issues Salary is decent but not improvement salary every year There is a bond of 2 year.

cooperative team, lack of training, if you are workoholic your job is secure, career growth is nil, salary not satisfied me at present.

Working hours especially for me. because every 11th hr. work is on me. I love to work like this but there is no OT. ITS JUST IN GOOD FAITH FROM MY SIDE. DONT WANT BREAK OUR CLIENT SO I AM AVAILABLE ANY TIME LIKE 24X7 THATS IT.
