It was nice to work with drake Scull till 2016 after that company policies in monthly salary delayed.....till then it was very good to work in the company.........

Drake & Scull name changed to Tsebo Facilities Solutions 2 to 3 years back because they need more business / contracts in Botswana, Mosambiek, etc. They are working on the none profit side of a business by signing up contracts. You have a job and there it stops.

Dislikes

If you are in a contract environment, you will stay there. Salaries are very poor and no career growth. Appraisals nothing. Innovation nothing. If you have the wrong management, you are stuck. I am working in a none-skilled environment with a basket full of qualifications. (I have studied very hard to get qualifications behind my name) No growth what so ever.
