The KRA/Annual Increment is only based on personal intrest of the manager. None of the work contribution will be taken as parameter. It's only depends favouratism of seniors rather than performance. HR has no role/power for employees retention or any employee compliance redressal. There is no death insurance/Term plan for employees. There is no incentive plan for front line.
