Customer shows person coming from Dr Lal Path Labs but when they want to check my ID card then they ask me if you are phlebotomist of this company why ID card shows from another company (third party)?

As a company very good. But requirment via third party it is not possible. Because third party always pressure of their rule & the other side company maintain their rule. How to maintain both sides rule?
