As per working condition (2019 to 2021 I'm working period) good, But currently reddy employees ask me reference for job in my company, due to reddy Company Culture not in good condition.

No work life balance. You have look after of two divisions simultaneously that too without informing during joining period. Salary is less. Too much pressure. Line managers do policing with subordinates. Whether you are a top performer, you won’t get appreciated by your seniors. You will be treated like a piece of **** HR is just a name because you won’t know who’s your HR or to whom you reach in your difficult time. HRLT - they have their favourites and CHRO- Archana bhaskar don't take any actions on them. Many of HRLT are very adamant Job insecurity. You never know when u r position will be removed.

Promotion/appraisal system here is horrible with no emphasis given on how much you have done. You'll get the same increment as with your peers who aren't contributing much.

Very empowering in certain aspects with people able to take quick decisions as long as they are problem solving. Provides adequate opportunities for senior leadership.

Dislikes

Too many perspectives and too much time spent on alignment! The number of reviews and meetings is overwhelming. It can drain the most passionate people wanting to focus on Strategizing and delivering on the strategy.
