In a large company like DRL, one's experience depends on the team they work in. The team that I was part of was one of the best teams and i enjoyed great support from leadership and peers. I worked in Corporate office and the atmosphere there was awesome. Though not official, we enjoyed flexibility and freedom in terms of timings and the work culture. Not many dislikes. to be honest nothing comes to my mind. May be a little attrition in middle level management could have been better for my long term growth - you tend to get stuck sometimes when no one above you moves. That was the only reason I sought for a change in job. Some teams had issues with their bosses but can definitely say they are one off cases. Recently the role bands were restructured and they now have some unique colour coding for different role bands- this could have been avoided. They only have seven role bands now. Seven colours in VIBGYOR. So promotions would be hard to come by....Read More
