Very poor.employees are brought in the company and they are shifted in hotels like chickens.uper managment is staying in good hotel but lowermanagment are not treated well

Maximum staff is only 12 th pass hence senior folks like me have to guide them also. The work pressure are very high some time we have to work for 12 to 14 hours. Also the growth rate is as slow as turtle movement.

It's going difficult day by day as company is fiering old employees and also not hiring fresh recruit. So creating pressure on everyone also change in the policy at any level leading to money loss of employees is also there
