I've had a deeply disappointing experience working here. One of the biggest issues is the constant threat of termination. Management is quick to terminate employees, often using "lack of performance" as a vague and blanket reason. There is no clear or fair performance review process, which makes you feel like you're always walking on eggshells. This creates a toxic environment where you're constantly worried about job security, no matter how hard you work or how long you’ve been with the company. Another major issue is the company's rigid stance on leave. Taking leave, even for legitimate reasons like illness, is frowned upon. There's little to no regard for employees' health or well-being. Even if you're genuinely sick, taking a sick leave is met with resentment, making it clear that the company's priority is getting work done at any cost, rather than the well-being of its employees. This attitude not only demoralizes the team but also fosters an unhealthy work culture. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this workplace if you're looking for a supportive and fair work environment. No leave (emergency) No peaceful blaming coworkers Important , If MD comes a office they're miraculous changing for that day only (sweeping, moping, Pooja and flowering even some arrangements) MD don't care employee situations and cause effects only job in full intension Please avoid, at last patients please think about this IVF everything was advertisement only, No possibilities of success.

All the staff are supported and very friendly nature, we can take week offs when ever we want

A woman in high office is the biggest liar, she used story to brainwash people. ( We have 1 employee he earns 7lakh per month incentive blah blah blah) Then after sometime they kick you out and deny to pay your salary
